Catering & Bar
At The Varsity, we can accommodate your catering needs with Food and/or Hors d’oeuvres from The Chimes Restaurant. If you would rather have your food catered by another group, we welcome outside catering. See to it your outside caterer contacts us to coordinate for access to the venue and any equipment needs.
We strictly enforce underage drinking laws at the Varsity. Anyone not in the immediate presence of a parent or documented legal guardian will have their alcoholic beverage taken from them.
